Does anyone have a hospital/health system policy on the topic of: “Photography by a Patient/Family” outlining when you can request them to discontinue photo/video within the hospital/health setting? If yes, can you share: what Department (or Area) sponsors the policy, and who is the Owner (what role/title in the organization). Thank you!
Policy for "Photography by a Patient/Family"
@Barbara Gordon - coming to you live from our HUB meeting… there are a couple of people who have a policy, but they need to access details and will follow up after the meeting.

@barbara.gordon - Not sure if you’ve had other replies, but I’ve attached an evidence-based practice example generated from ChatGPT for your reference.Policy Title Photography and Videography by Patients and Families_ChatGPT evidence based practice DRAFT.docx (22.4 KB) Policy Title Photography and Videography by Patients and Families_ChatGPT evidence based practice DRAFT.docx (22.4 KB)
Hi Cheryl - thank you for this. I have not been able to Join HUB networking due to several conflicts or time away. And i haven’t accessed HUB in quite some time for various reasons. If you would have 15-20 minutes sometime i would love to catch up on a few things (schedule a time with you) if that is possible.
